    Abstract：

    采用分层布置作业的形式,不仅从学生实际出发,尊重了学生的个性,保护了学困生的自尊心,而且让全体学生在完成学习任务的过程中体现了自我价值,从而促使他们在今后的学习中严格要求自己独立完成作业.对作业进行分层设置,学生的学习主动性、学习态度、学习方法等方面都有了很大改进.
