    高中学生处于身心成长的关键时期,此时的学生处于青春期与叛逆期,不合理的、强硬的班级管理方式,只会起到相反的作用.而统筹做到精细化管理在民主管理制度班级中的实施,建立了以生为主的班级管理理念,采取了学生对班级管理提出的建立,在民主的基础上实施科学化的系统化的班级管理,不仅拉近了师生间的距离,还提高了学生的自主学习意识,具有重要的推广价值.
