    素质教育是一种以提高受教育者除方面素质为目的的教育模式,也是一种具有开放性的心理教育. 他注重培养人的思想道德素质,个性发展等方面.通过一系列的方式来影响人的心理素质,从而让人能够全面的发展.音乐审美教育对于青少年培养思想道德素质和个性发展有十分重要的作用,所以音乐教育是一个有效的方式,可以让青少年能够全面发展.
