    近年来,素质教育逐渐成为现代高中教育的核心原则,各地高中都将提升学生的综合素质视为首要的教学工作.社会对体育运动和学生身体素质的重视,也推动了体育教育在学校教学工作中的重视程度.然而在高中体育教学的过程中,学生经常发生的损伤事件,严重影响了学生的日常学习生活.有效地防范学生在体育训练中发生损伤,成为了高中体育教学的首要问题.
