    Abstract：

    随着社会的不断发展与进步,对于教育的要求越来越高,不仅要求培养学生的知识能力,同时还要使学生具备创新精神和实践能力,并且还应具有良好的道德素养.现今社会要求培养这种高素质的人才,对于教师提出了更高的标准和要求.因此,教师要不断的学习知识,提高自身的道德修养和专业水平,采取有效的教学措施,在培养学生知识与能力的同时,渗透思想品德教育,使学生具备良好的道德品质,成为全面发展的高标准人才.
