Abstract：

随着大学生就业形势变化所带来的挑战,高校越来越重视大学生就业创业教育研究.除了社会宏观因素和大学生主观因素外,还存在招聘单位、高校教育模式等一系列因素的影响.这些影响因素间接作用于大学生就业创业过程.本文分析了影响大学生就业创业观的中观因素,以期为大学生职业生涯规划提供有益参考.
