    Abstract：

    英语是一门全球范围内普遍使用的语言,学习英语对于我们重要性不言而喻.在初中阶段,学生的思维能力和学习能力迅速成长,是初中学生学习英语的黄金阶段.应试化的教育背景下,学校,家长和学生都一味的重视考试结果,而忽略英语核心素养培养的过程;在英语教学的过程中存在教师教学方式单一,课堂枯燥无味;学生阅读视野狭隘,拘泥于教材等等一系列值得探讨的问题,本文针对提高学生的英语核心素养,培养学生的英语思维能力,提出了一些关于初中英语阅读教学的策略.
