    本文从多方面对后进生进行深入了解,分析导致他们落后的原因,从而有针对性地对其进行转化,让其成为合格且有用的人才.在具体的小学语文教学中,语文教师可以借助语文教学课堂对后进生进行转化,这是非常有利的,也是能让人更接受的方式.如何才能更好地做好后进生的转化工作呢?笔者通过本文简谈之.
