    Abstract：

    近年来,高校突发事件引起的网络舆情越来越多,对高校的影响不可忽视,高校舆情工作越来越得到重视.通过对突发事件网络舆情的发生发展过程的研究,提出要通过建立可靠的危机预警保障机制,加强网络舆情的引导和管理,占据网络阵地,不断壮大高校主流思想舆论,建立健全网络法制等措施,不断完善网络舆情的引导和管理机制.
