    Abstract：

    培养大学生正确的价值观是高校通识课程中德育教育的重要内容.大学生的价值观受到环境、个人与行为的交互影响.基于社会认知理论建立通识课程中价值观的引导模型,分析了环境(教师与同辈群体)、个人(自我效能)对价值观的同化与内化的影响,并结合教学实践,探讨了大学生价值观的引导模式.
