Abstract：

随着经济全球化,文化全球化的发展,越来越多的人选择假期去境外旅游,导致中国旅游业对高素质英文导游需求的急剧增长.英文导游作为与其他文化交流的桥梁,必须具备高效的跨文化交际能力才能有效处理旅游中出现的各种跨文化事件,要成为高素质的英文导游,在前期的培养方式上必须做到完善.
