    Abstract：

    学困生的转化工作是实施素质教育的要求,素质教育核心之一就是面向全体学生,只有全体学生都得到全面发展,才能使得全民族的素质得以提高,只有从实际上消除大量的学困生存在的事实,才谈得上面向全体学生.为此,我结合自身在平时的教育教学过程中,以及与学生日常交流体会,总结了学困生的成因及他们的认知特点,并就此做了一些相应的转化措施.
