    在新时代,国有企业改革与发展面临着严峻的形势和挑战.如何加强国有企业青年人才队伍建设,提高广大团员青年的岗位技能本领,进而提升企业软实力,是各级共青团组织在实践中亟需研究的重大课题.本研究结合当前工作实际,简要论述了新时代下国有企业共青团组织在促进青工岗位技能提升中的现状和问题,提出解决对策,以供参考.
