    近年来,受教育改革影响,技工学校教育进行了不断的创新,加强了对学生体能训练的培养,以确保学生能够在之后的就业中有良好的发展.在技工学校体育教学课程中,体能训练占有重要的位置,体能训练需要制定科学合理的教学模式与计划,才能有效提高学生的健康体能.
