    在教育改革的新形势下,班主任工作要不断探索、更新管理理念,更多地体现人文关怀,做到严格要求,民主管理,不断提高班级的管理水平,针对新时期学生的身心发展的状况,制定出管理班级的方法,才能取得较好的教育效果,使学生能够在中等职业学校学习生活中成长起来的一些观点.
