    Abstract：

    目前,中等职业教育受到较大的重视,院校规模不断扩大,对于教学管理的要求逐步提高.但是目前中职院校的学生普遍出现自控力差、基础知识薄弱、对学习不感兴趣,没有较好的自我认同感等问题.为更好地帮助学生健康成长,中职院校班主任要根据学生特点,将德育教育渗透到实际的教学中,促进学生的全面发展和成长.本文分析了中职院校教学中渗透德育教育的重要性,中职班主任在教学中渗透德育教育存在的问题,进一步探究德育教育工作方法,从而不断提高中职班主任德育教育工作的质量.
