    当前,随着我国素质教育改革的不断推进,在高中体育教学活动中,高中生体育学科素养的培养显得越来越重要.学生学习体育课,不仅可以帮助学生锻炼健康的体质,而且可以培养学生的体育综合素养.针对高中体育教学的现状,阐述了如何在教学过程中培养学生的综合体育素养.
