    Abstract：

    随着我国社会经济的不断发展,对高等教育事业进行了深化改革,各高校招生的人数越来越多,而学生就业困难的情况也日益突出.大学生的思想较为活跃,个性化差异大,这导致高校管理层面呈复杂化趋势,在管理中出现了许多新情况与新问题.因此,加强高校大学生的管理工作是至关重要的,会直接影响到整个学校的运作情况.本文主要对加强高校大学生管理的工作进行探究,并提出一些可行性的建议.
