Abstract：
随着课程改革的发展与进步,初中数学教学模式也随之发生了变化,初中学生的创新思维是比较活跃的,教师在实行教学期间,应尊重学生之间所存在的心理或者生理差异.在进行实际教学之间,教师应对每一名学生的兴趣爱好,以及学习规律进行了解,从而根据实际教学情况,具有针对性的为学生制定分层教学目标.本文将对初中数学分层教学模式的创新进行具体探究.
