    在中职教育中,受学生年龄阶段等因素的影响,学生管理工作存在一定难度.为提高班级管理效果,需要班主任摒弃以往的刻板管理方式,将情感艺术应用进管理工作中,以情感渗透做好师生交流,促使师生关系得到和谐构建,保障管理工作顺利进行.以下分析中职班主任管理工作中,情感艺术的应用作用及策略.
