    Abstract：

    高校学风是高校的立校之本,是高校长期以来积淀的大学精神和独特文化.本文立足国内高校学风发展现状,提出通过建立健全制度建设,加强课堂教学,在老师、导师及辅导员间构建定期联系机制,建立朋辈榜样库,建立专业实践与志愿服务实践制度等促进学风建设,不断形成学院学风制度化、规范化,实现全过程、全方位、全领域建设优良学风.
