    大力发展职业教育特别是中等职业教育是解决就业问题的一项有效措施.即使中等职业院校开始重视培养能力和学历兼具的人才,中等职业教育人才培养仍然遭遇了瓶颈.本文讨论了造成中等职业教育发展瓶颈的原因,并针对问题提出了解决措施.
