    Abstract：

    现阶段,随着经济的快速发展,社会及企业对高级会计人才的需求与日俱增.因此,高职院校开始重视会计人才培养工作,以适应快速变化与提升的人才需求以及会计职能转型升级需要.2019年,国家进一步深化职业教育改革,智能财税"1+X"的提出为高职院校会计人才培养提出了更高的要求.基于此,本文从当前高职院校会计人才培养的现存问题及与智能财税"1+X"培养要求之间的差距分析入手,结合高职院校普遍教育情况,针对智能财税"1+X"证书背景下高职院校会计人才培养提出一些改革措施及意见.
