    韩梦周是清代山东潍县理学大家,著有《理堂日记》《理堂文集》《理堂诗集》等.他将半生的时光都用在讲学上,讲学足迹遍布山东,他在安徽来安为官时注重当地的教育,提出了许多优秀举措,教学内容主要以制义为主,为了敦促学子们学习,他还修建朱子祠堂,为来安教育事业的发展作出了重要贡献.辞官后他在程符山的讲学影响巨大,提出的规章制度更加成熟,内修外治的教育理念培训出了更多的优秀人才.
