Abstract：
学生综合素质的提升,不仅包括学生的专业技能,还包括学生的思想道德修养.德育教育就是培养学生优良思想品质,引导学生树立正确的价值观、人生观,为学生工作、学习打下良好的基础.德育教育与各学科教材均有着一定的联系,可以在学科教育中渗透德育教育,从而提升教育效果.中专教材《体育与健康》围绕体育运动、身体健康两大部分进行教学,里面不仅提到培养学生的身体健康,还提到关注学生的心理健康,培养学生的思想道德品质.本文主要研究如何在中专《体育与健康》课程中渗透德育教育,提升德育教育的效果.
