口语交际能力也就是运用口头语言表达想法、信息交流、相互沟通的能力，小学正处于学生思维发展与能力养成的阶段，需要通过有效的教学活动培养学生的素质能力。本文以小学语文教学为切入点，探讨了培养口语交际能力的具体策略。
