    当前大学教学中总体上并没有给予教师足够的教学自由，这与大学教学的管理制度存在不可分割的联系。文中对教学自由的作用及其范围控制进行了阐述，分析了当前大学教学管理制度中存在的不足，并其进一步的改革创新进行了探讨。
