Abstract：
幼儿园管理最主要的工作目的在于帮助幼儿在日常的生活中养成良好的行为方式，为幼儿将来的学习与日常生活交往活动打好基础。而养成教育这种新型先进的教育方式，主要就是帮助幼儿养成良好的行为习惯、语言习惯和思维习惯。本文针对养成教育在幼儿园管理工作中的应用方法进行了分析，希望能够为幼儿教育教学工作的开展提供一些有效的建议。
