    人本理念是素质教育的核心。随着经济和社会的发展，人本理念在教育教学领域也受到了普遍认可。人本理念下的高校教学管理，需要树立正确的管理理念，改革传统的管理模式。为此，文章从以人为本的管理视角，探讨和分析了人本理念下的高校学生管理创新路径，希望能借助人本管理促使高校管理工作朝着人性化方向发展。
