Abstract：
教师在新时代的教学模式中不应当再仅仅扮演单方知识传输者的角色,而应当学会"退教进辅",逐步的退出主要教学过程,将教学主体的地位逐步让给同学们,培养同学们自主学习的素养以及探究合作精神.本文笔者从学案导学--培养自主学习能力、设景提问--培养探究精神以及小组互助--实践检验知识等方面来讲述了,作为初中英语教师,我们应当如何通过"退教进辅"来提高同学们的学习效率,培育核心素养.
