    Abstract：

    教学本身就是一个师生互动的过程,要想实现高效教学,教师与学生都必须共同参与整个教学活动."导学互动"教学模式是一种以学生为主体的教学模式,实施"导学互动"教学,可以充分调动学生参与课堂的积极性,从而实现教与学的有效统一,促进教学目标的实现.本文以初中数学教学为例,就"导学互动"教学模式在教学中的应用作了相关分析.
