Abstract：
在小学数学教学中,合理的学生群体分层可以提高学生的整体学习水平能力.通过教师精心设计的教学形式,如以小组合作的形式完成任务,学生对课堂学习的兴趣可以得到刺激.根据学生实际的学习情况下,鼓励学生通过反馈发现自己的不足,提高自己的数学学习能力.
