Abstract：
随着现代社会的不断发展,国家对于创新性、实践性、综合性人才的需求量不断增大,学校要想实现此理想的培养目标,要以人才体魄、体育精神的培养为前提,所以培养学生的终身体育意识越来越重要.本文以高中体育教学为例子,对高中体育教学中培养学生终身体育意识的意义、影响因素及策略进行了探讨.
