Abstract：
在学校中,由于不同学生之间存在的明显个体差异,教学工作者需要利用分层教学模式对学生进行因材施教.本文将着眼于分析高职英语教学的现状,阐述分层教学模式的理论依据、必要性及在实际教学过程中对高职英语进行分层教学的具体应用,充分发挥学生的学习主体作用,提高教学质量.
