Abstract：
德育教育强调于在政治、思想与道德等方面对学生施加影响,帮助学生达到社会规范个体化.德育教育能够培养学生的知识、情感、意识和行为,帮助学生解决自身的思想内部矛盾,提高学生的人际交往能力.本文主要探究的是对学生进行德育教育,制定班级规范,公平平等关爱每位学生是中职班主任应该有意识去做的,同时还要营造良好的班级环境,帮助学生养成良好的修养.
