教学二字不只有教师"教"的输出,更有"学"的输入.而且教学的质量更应该从学生的"学"评价,只有"学"的好,才能说明"教"的好.因此教学中应当避免教师"一言堂",增加师生之间的互动.本文以高中生物教学为例,重点分析生物知识特点,确定与学生学习能力和方式的切合点,从而给出"有效互动"方面的教学建议.
