Abstract：
高中阶段的历史知识内容本身和初中阶段有很大的差别,在当前教育教学中也存在了初高中历史衔接存在困难的现象,正是存在衔接方面的问题,导致不能更好的发挥历史学科作用.本文先分析高中历史衔接困难存在的原因,接着提出相关的对策,以此更好的提升教育教学效果.
