Abstract：
小学阶段的学生们正处在刚刚开始成长的关键时期,因此对小学生开展体育授课也是非常重要的.近些年来,伴随着"阳光体育"理念的提出,小学"阳光体育"的强度也在不停增加.跳绳活动是一种历史悠久的运动,拥有大量优势,把跳绳活动融入小学体育课堂上可以切实强化小学生日常运动量.
