Abstract：
当前,随着教育改革的深入,我国小学体育越来越被重视,但是,不同于专业的体育训练,小学体育教学的教学目的更多地在于以趣味性、实践性较强的方式培养学生的体育知识与技能,在维护学生身心健康的基础上助力学生的健康成长.受到小学体育教学目标的限制,教师不仅需要重视对体育课堂运动量和运动形式的选择,更应当关注如何借助不多的体育课堂时间来帮助学生形成正确的体育锻炼习惯、强化学生的体质.在这样的背景下,体育游戏的作用就突显出来.
