Abstract：
为了更有效地完成素质教育赋予的任务,小学教师必须在学生全面发展的基础上坚持为个别学生的全面发展创造高质量的学习环境,切实履行与素质教育有关的任务.为了更有效地完成与优质教育有关的任务,教师可以在日常教学过程中有意义地使用多层课件,以提高整个教学的效率.
