Abstract：
学困生的基础知识薄弱,思维方式固定,课堂学习中很难集中注意力,若是无法及时对其进行转化,定然会对整体的教学效果带来影响.在小学语文教学中,"学困生"的转化是一项任重道远的任务,不仅需要教师与学生的有效配合与共同努力,还需要语文教师在课堂教学中多多花费精力,用真情换回学生的自信,促使学生在教师的关怀与扶持之下不断进步.
