Abstract：

随着我国教育事业的快速发展,激励教育理念在语文教学过程中得以落实.让小学生获得更充足的语文学习动力,便能积极主动的投入到语文学习活动中.加强小学语文教学模式的创新与改革,就要肯定学生的主体地位,尊重学生的人格,肯定学生的进步.将激励教育应用在小学语文教学活动中,还需要教师积极开发有效的应用方式.
