    Abstract：

    因为新冠疫情的影响,各级各类学校普遍通过网络平台进行了校本研修,这推动了教师培训方式由传统向现代转型.笔者所在的学校也通过钉钉"云课堂"进行了校本研修的实践,通过"云课堂"的培训列表、考试列表、课程列表和学习排行的功能,有效地提升了教师的自主学习能力,促进了教师的专业发展,促进了学校校本研修的转型.
