Abstract：
对于现代企业来说,若想使得广大员工的素质、能力、绩效等有大幅提高,必须要将培养工作做到位.企业培训应该要围绕具体的目标展开,也就是通过行之有效的方法促使员工掌握更为丰富的专业知识,职业技能大幅增强,并全身心投入到本职工作中,这样方可使得组织、个人能够实现稳健发展,企业在市场中保持竞争优势.本文主要针对企业培训工作展开深入探析,重点关注其对思想政治教育起到的促进作用,寻找到可行的途径使得员工的思政水平大幅提升,进而为企业的长远发展奠定坚实的基础.
