Abstract：
国家这些年来提倡大力发展职业教育,为国家培养技能型人才,要求普高和职高的招生比例要达到1:1,但是黑龙江省的现实情况是,普高招生计划较多,职高招生计划少,生源的比例比较差,有的学生厌学情绪比较严重,有的学生以自我为中心,不服从学校的管理,有的学生道德修养有欠缺,需要长期教育,为了给社会和企业培养出合格的人才,职高的德育工作就显得尤为重要,要根据学生身心发展的特点,制定中职学生德育改进的措施.
