    Abstract：

    随着我们国家教育体系的完备,我国在教育体系方面不断做出改变,而"导学互动"就是一种新的教学模式,这一模式也得到广泛应用,不论是小学还是初高中都可以将这一教学模式作用在教学中.教学中为促进学生各项能力的提升,培养其相互协作能力,提高课堂学习积极性,我们可以采用"导学互动"教学方法,从而完善学生各项能力.基于此,本课题充分阐释在小学数学授业中"导学互动"教学方法对老师及学生中具体作用予以阐述.
