    Abstract：

    办公桌椅、电脑、打印机、空调、图书档案设备等通用设备是公共图书馆运作的重要基础,通用设备管理如果出现问题,将影响公共图书馆所有环节的正常运行,因此其的通用设备使用必须具有规范性,尤其是在通用设备流向方面必须实行全过程监督管理.通用设备管理就是确保公共图书馆的资产在合理范围内进行流通,并能有效降低公共图书馆管理不当所造成的风险损失,为公共图书馆的安全平稳运行"保驾护航",同时也是公共图书馆长远发展的基础保障.
