成果导向型教学模式注重培养学生的动手能力,强调学生的学习成果.针对管理学课程实践性和应用型较强的特点,本文探讨了成果导向型教学模式在该门课程教学中的改革与应用,以期提升管理学课程的教学水平和教学效果,满足应用型人才培养的要求.
