    新课程教育理念的出现,对教育领域提出了更高的要求,在班级管理中班主任不但要重视学生的学习成绩还应当重视学生的综合发展,采用以人为本的管理手段促使学生明白自己才是学习的主体,也给学生足够多的重视,借此,推动学生的综合发展.
