Abstract：
近些年,在我国网络技术以及计算机技术快速发展中,企业对计算机网络技术的专业人才需求也越来越多.在我国市场人才结构中,专业化的计算机网络技术专业人才还比较紧缺,无法满足当前网络以及技术快速发展的需求.针对中职计算机网络技术人才的培养进行研究,客观分析我国中职计算机网络技术人才培养的现状以及存在的问题,基于人才综合发展的视角,对中职计算机网络技术人才的培养提供科学的建议指导,切实加强我国专业化计算机网络技术人才的输出,提升中职计算机网络技术人才的市场竞争力.
